FAQ

  • Research Use Only (RUO) means our peptides are supplied for laboratory research, such as in vitro and animal studies, and are not intended for human or veterinary use. They have not been evaluated as medicines and are not manufactured as drug products. RUO is not a quality grade: every batch is still tested for identity and purity. By ordering, you confirm the material will be used for research only.

  • Every batch is tested by reversed-phase HPLC for purity and by mass spectrometry for identity, and the results are issued as a batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA). The COA shows the chromatogram, observed versus theoretical mass, test date and the laboratory that performed the analysis. Research-grade peptides are typically specified at 98% purity or higher. You can view the COA for any batch before or after ordering.

  • Browse the catalogue and add the compounds and sizes you need to your list. Send that list to us on WhatsApp using the order button. We reply to confirm availability, final pricing and payment details, then dispatch your order in tracked, discreet packaging. Nothing is charged until we have confirmed the order with you on WhatsApp.

  • We ship to a wide range of countries. Because import rules differ by destination, we confirm that we can deliver to your country on WhatsApp before you pay. Every order ships with tracking, and we send the tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. Packaging is plain and discreet, with no product names on the outside.

  • Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the days spent in transit. On arrival, store unopened vials at −20 °C for long-term storage, or at 2–8 °C if they will be used within a few weeks. Keep them dry and away from light. Let a vial reach room temperature before opening it, so moisture does not condense on the powder.

  • Lyophilised peptides are freeze-dried powders. With the water removed, degradation reactions slow sharply, so they keep for months to years when frozen. Peptides in solution are ready to use but degrade faster and need refrigeration. Most of our catalogue is supplied lyophilised for that reason. Our guide to reconstitution and storage covers diluent choice, concentration math and aseptic handling in the lab.

  • Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. Researchers use it as a diluent when a reconstituted vial will be accessed repeatedly over several days. For single-use preparations, or cell-based assays that may be sensitive to benzyl alcohol, plain sterile water is often preferred. Our reconstitution calculator at /tools/reconstitution converts vial mass and diluent volume into concentration.

  • Each vial label carries a batch number. Enter it on our COA lookup page at /coa to view and download the certificate of analysis for that exact batch, including the HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrometry results. If a batch number does not return a result, message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the label and we will send the document.

  • Payment is arranged on WhatsApp once we have confirmed your order. We send the final total and the available payment options for your country, and dispatch the order after payment is received. We never ask for payment before confirming availability and pricing, and we never ask you to share card details or passwords in a chat message.

  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order code and clear photos of the packaging, the vials and their batch labels. We review every report and confirm the resolution with you directly. Reports made after 48 hours, or without photos, are much harder for us to assess, so please check your parcel as soon as it arrives.

  • Yes. We supply only to researchers aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement, that you will use the material for laboratory research only, and that its purchase and possession are lawful where you are. We may decline or cancel any order where these conditions are not met.

  • Our products are sold for Research Use Only. They are not medicines, and providing instructions for use in people or animals would describe a use they are not intended or labelled for. Instead, we provide the information a laboratory needs: batch-specific COAs, sequences and molecular weights, storage conditions, handling guides, and summaries of what published research has studied, with citations.
